Don Lester-'AV' Rated

Don Lester, rated 'AV' by Martindale Hubble, has successfully represented the interests of individuals and businesses for over 25 years. His experience includes two years as a State Attorney in Jacksonville, his first position upon completing law school with honors at the University of Florida in 1982. After going into private practice, he handled cases involving a variety of civil litigation matters. He also previously represented insurance companies in civil litigation, including coverage disputes.

Today, in partnership with Scott Mitchell, Don Lester focuses his practice on representing individuals in commercial and personal injury litigation, including insurance claims denial. Don handles will and trust disputes, has extensive and unique experience in entertainment law, and represents a wide variety of businesses and individuals in commercial litigation in cases that include breach of contract, real estate disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, and non-competition agreements.
